The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting investigation in Crime No.137 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on the file of Neredmet Police Station, on 08.03.2018, and having kept the matter pending since one year, and seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to conclude the investigation and file charge sheet expeditiously. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of the written instructions, dated 04.12.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the aforestated crime was registered. During the course of investigation, L.Ws.1 to 4 were examined and their statements were recorded, issued notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the accused person and collected relevant documents. Learned AGP further submits that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet was laid before the XIX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, on 06.10.2019, and CC number is awaited.

In view of the above said submission, since the authorities have investigated into the case registered and have already filed the charge sheet therein, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, and

therefore, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
