This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in Crime No.592 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Pet Basheerabad, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrayed as Accused in the aforesaid crime, however, the police calling the petitioner in relation to the aforesald crime.

4. On instructions learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was arrested in the present crime, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
