Petitioner challenges proceedings No.356/ K2.Pts/ 2015 dated 09.09.2016 passed under sub-section 6 of Section 249 of Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

The second respondent through proceedings dated 09.09.2016 has placed petitioner under suspension for three months from the date of receipt of the order. On 23.09.2016, the proceedings impugned have been suspended by this Court and the interim order is subsisting as on date. At this juncture, this Court is not inclined to examine the merits of the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. The disposal does not prevent the respondents from acting against charges leveled against petitioner in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
