ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.579 of 2018 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 354 IPC and under Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012, against the petitioner/accused, on various grounds. 2.

Though the petitioner raised several grounds in the petition, the counsel for petitioner requested this Court to issue a direction to the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy, L.B.Nagar to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2760 of 2018 filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to issue a direction to the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy, L.B.Nagar, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2760 of 2018 filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., as expeditiously as possible, in any event, nor later than a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
