The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.18 of 2007 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mahaboobnagar District, was disposed of on 25.06.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
