This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.776 of 2018 in O.P.No.1198 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
