HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8932 of 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the XVII ACMM, Nampally, Hyderabad, on 10.12.2018 in C.C.No.450 of 2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
