This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner on 14.06.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.241/2018 was registered under Sections 448, 323, 509, 354 IPC, dated 03.07.2018 on the file of Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad and investigation is taken up.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
