THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8604 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not acting upon the report, dated 28.04.2008 submitted by the fourth respondent, and in not disposing of the representations, dated 04.02.2009 and 16.02.2009 submitted by the petitioners and others. The proceeding sheet reveals that on 23.04.2009, while admitting the Writ Petition, this Court passed interim orders in WPMP.No.11264 of 2009 directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations purported to have been submitted by the petitioners on 28.05.2008 and 04.02.2009 and 16.02.2009, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy and communicate the same to the petitioners.

Inasmuch as the main relief claimed in the Writ Petition stands granted by this Court in WPMP.No.11264 of 2009 on 23.04.2009 itself, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
