THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.NO.7168 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.6919 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of Crime No.115 of 2017 on the file of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.No.7168 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
