THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4700 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the Award dated 23.06.2004 passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.122 of 2002. The said I.D. was filed by the 1st respondent herein. The writ petition was however dismissed for default against the 1st respondent as per the Court order dated 30.12.2010 which was given effect to on 09.03.2011. The validity of the Award cannot be examined in the absence of the 1st respondent at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed in its entirety. Interim order dated 10.03.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
