Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that she had submitted an explanation on 06.01.2016 to the show cause notice dt.10.12.2015 issued by the 4th respondent under Rule 3 of the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Rules, 2007; and without passing final orders, the respondents are attempting to dispossess the petitioner.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will pass orders after considering the petitioner's explanation dt.06.01.2016 to the show cause notice dt.10.12.2015 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders in the matter after considering the petitioner's explanation dt.06.01.2016 to the show cause notice dt.10.12.2015 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Till such order is passed, the respondents shall not evict the petitioner from the subject land. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
