THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8567 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue any appropriate Writ Order or Direction, essentially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, Declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in not taking up the Appeal No.F/2822 of 2014 for early disposal is as arbitrary, discriminative and in violation of Articles 14, 19(1) g and 21 of the Constitution of India and in Violation of Principles of Natural Justice, consequently Direct the 2nd Respondent to take up Appeal No. F/2822 of 2014, for early disposal of the same and pass such other order or orders as may be just."
2. Heard Sri C.Narender, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner herein in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the Revenue Divisional Officer - 2nd respondent herein in passing any orders on the appeal dated 19.11.2014, said to have been filed by the petitioner herein against the order No.A/336/86, dated 10.05.1986 passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Parigi Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the 4th respondent herein also filed a counter in the said appeal filed by the petitioner herein. It is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that the said appeal may be directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader and submitted that the same would be considered as per law.

For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, to pass appropriate orders on the appeal dated 19.11.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, against the order No.A/336/86, dated 10.05.1986, passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer - 3rd respondent herein, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of being heard to all the stake holders.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 30.03.2016 SS
