THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.18329 of 2009 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents herein to initiate action against the responsible persons for misappropriation of funds belonging to the Panchayat Raj, Mudinepalli, Krishna District.

The counter also filed by the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that it is evident from the counter that the respondents have initiated action and punished some of the persons those who are responsible for misappropriation of funds.

Hence, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the action taken by the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 20th January, 2015
