When the matter is called, Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for Appellant/Insurance Company, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition as the matter is settled out of the Court. To that effect, he made an endorsement on the back of the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn as the matter is settled out of the Court.
