THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.28115 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The issue arising for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.21604 of 2016. A copy of the order dated 08.07.2016 passed in the said writ petition is placed on record. Perusal thereof reflects that the said writ petition arose out of the common order dated 19.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, insofar as it related to O.A.No.3540 of 2014, whereas the present case relates to the very same common order in its application to O.A.No.3553 of 2014. In that view of the matter, for reasons alike as were mentioned in the order dated 08.07.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21604 of 2016 and in terms thereof, this writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
