This revision is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order, dated 04.01.2006 in Crl.M.P.No.961 of 2005 in Crl.A,No.174 of on the file of the I Addl.

Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar, wherein the petition filed under Section 389

(1) Cr.P.C. to suspend the sentence of imprisonment recorded in S.C.No.298 of 2005, dated 08.12.2005 by the Asst. Sessions Judge, Narayanapet, was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of long lapse of time, nothing survives for adjudication as the revision was filed for suspension of sentence.

Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
