THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.142 of 2008 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 31.01.2008 passed in Crl.A.No.31 of 2006 on the file of the Court of III Additional Sessions Judge at Warangal, wherein and whereby confirming the conviction and sentence imposed against the petitioners on 23.02.2006 in C.C.No.724 of 2003 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
