HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITON No.21954 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer: "To issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute i.e., not call the petitioner to the police station and not to compel him to settle the civil dispute with the respondents 7 and 8 with regard to sale transaction pursuant to the agreement of sale dated 13-6-2016 in respect of the land bearing Sy.No. 130/A-1 extent 484 Sq. yards situated at Hazipur village, Mancherial Mandal, Mancherial District by duly declaring the action of the respondents 5 and 6 in interfering with the civil dispute and calling the petitioner to Police Station and compelling him to settle the civil dispute with respondents 7 and 8 in respect of the abovementioned land as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and pass such further or other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the allegations levelled by the petitioner are false and that any action to be taken shall be in accordance with law. He further submits that, if any crime is registered, police may be directed to take appropriate action. Giving liberty as sought for by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes, if any, pending between the parties. It is made clear that, if any action is to be taken, the same shall only be in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
