ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in selling the Mulgies in item No.2, Door No.1-7-392 of Musheerabad, Hyderabad, abruptly abandoning the sale proceedings pertaining to item No.1 mortgaged property bearing D.No.1-7-390 in E.P.Nos.349,350 and 351/97.A in utter disregard of the guidelines given by the Co-operative Tribunal in CTA No.249/97 and also the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.19655,19616 and 19598 of 2001, confirming the guidelines issued by the Tribunal, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to set aside the sales of the mulgies.

Heard Sri K.Sarva Bhouma Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Co-operation. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the loan amount has been cleared. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
