ORDER:

Petitioner herein claims to be absolute owner and pattadar of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.37 guntas in Sy.No.207 and Ac.4.00

guntas in Sy.No.1101 situated at Vardannapet village and Mandal, Warangal District. Petitioner, further, states that while the said lands are situated abutting to Warangal - Khammam road, there is also an internal road leading from Vardannapet to Annaram village. Petitioner approached this Court by way of this writ petition after noticing that the third respondent is taking measurements of her land for the purpose of widening of the existing internal road and as such, petitioner apprehends that her lands will be taken without following due process of law.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that if and when action as to widening of the said internal road is taken up and acquiring the petitioner's land is proposed, the third respondent would follow the procedure prescribed under law and only, thereafter, acquire the lands of the petitioner, if required.

3. In view of the said specific instructions, the apprehension of the petitioner is duly taken care of. However, the third respondent is directed to follow due process of law, if and when there is a proposal to acquire the lands of the petitioner, as aforesaid, for public purpose. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
