Petitioner claims that he purchased the land to an extent of Ac.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.154/A/1 of Polkampally Revenue Village Shivar in Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, through registered sale deed dated 11.06.2019 and is in possession of the said land. His name was also mutated in the revenue records. However, petitioner was not issued pattadar pass books. Requesting to issue pattadar pass book he made representation to the Tahsildar on 10.08.2019. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for petitioner produced the photocopy of the pattadar pass book bearing No.TO5090090820 (Khata No.60156) and alleges that even though passbook is ready, so far passbook is not released for no justifiable reason.

However, since petitioner made representation and acknowledgment of the said representation is issued on 14.09.2019, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Tahsildar is directed to release e-pattadar pass book to the petitioner bearing passbook number mentioned above, if petitioner is entitled and no other objection received on issuance of such pattadar passbook, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
