Learned counsel for the revision petitioner Sri B. Mayur Reddy seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to renew his request under Order VII Rule 11 CPC before the Trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to renew his request under Order VII Rule 11 CPC before the Trial Court Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
