Learned counsel for appellant, Sri N. Mohan Krishna, addressed a letter dated 21.04.2017 to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the matter has been settled out of the Court, and sought permission for withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the letter addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant, since it is represented that the matter is settled out of Court, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
