The present claim in this writ petition is to implement the Award passed by the Labour Court-III, A.P., Hyderabad in I.D.No.184 of 2009 dated 26.09.2016, for payment of salary and revision of pay flowing out of the Award.

As the petitioner is seeking implementation of the Award passed by the Labour Court, he has to approach the Labour Court. Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application seeking implementation of the Award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.184 of 2009, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
