HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO. 5608 of 2013 ORDER :

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not filing a final report in Crime No.99 of 2010 of Regonda Police Station, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the police have investigated the case and filed a final report.
