HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.22603 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 29.06.2018 passed in O.A.No.1250 of 2018 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the Tribunal, while admitting the application and issuing notices, has declined to stay the transfer order dated 25.06.2018, issued by the District Collector, West Godavari, Eluru. On a perusal of the order dated 25.06.2018, it is clear that the transfer of the petitioner to Avapadu Cluster Gram Panchayat, Nallajerla Mandal, is on administrative grounds.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner joined as Grade I Panchayat Secretary, Sanivarapupeta Gram Panchcyat, Eluru Mandal, West Godavari District on 19.03.2018. By order dated 25.06.2018, she is transferred to Avapadu Cluster Gram Panchayat as mentioned above. Therefore, her transfer to Avapadu Cluster or her retention at Sanivarapupeta Gram Panchcyat hardly makes any difference.

In that view of the matter, we find no ground to interfere with the order of the Tribunal under challenge.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
