This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondent No.5 in providing police protection to the staff of respondent No.4 for enabling the fixing of boundaries and eviction of encroachers in Sy. Nos.25, 48, 70, 84, 85 and 92 bearing an extent of Ac.85.17 gts in Damancherla Revenue village, Chandrugonda Mandal, Bhadradri Kottagudem District as being unlawful, arbitrary and discriminatory.

Heard the learned counsel for thee petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6, on written instructions dt.29-11-2019, a copy of which is placed on the file of this Court, would submit that the 5th respondent authority has addressed a letter to the 4th respondent through letter C.No.36/SI-13/2019 dt.27-11-2019 informing the 4th respondent that whenever the said authority requires police protection, he is ready and willing to provide such police aid. 4.
Recording the above submission made on behalf of respondent Nos.5 and 6, no further orders need be passed in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 6.
