THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.6506 of 2005 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been contended by the petitioner that he has filed O.A.No.302 of 2004 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, seeking a direction to consider his case for promotion to Group-D post by duly taking into account his seniority and the Tribunal vide orders dated 12.07.2004 was pleased to dispose of the O.A. directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to Group-D post by duly taking into account his seniority.

It is also noticed that the petitioner has retired from service during the pendency of this writ petition. 3.

At this point of time, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

AKS,J &RRN,J W.P.No.6506 of 2005 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
