Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - District Fish Industry Development Officer, Mahabubabad District, in disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 24.09.2018 filed for registration of the Aadivasi Tribal Society, the present writ petition is filed. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 may be directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondents 1, and 2, learned Government Pleader for Co-operation for respondent No.3 and the learned Government Pleader for Food and Agriculture for respondent No.4.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 24.09.2019 is stated to be pending with the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
