THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22668 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Forests.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 28.09.2015, in W.P.No.31383 of 2015. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to consider the case of the petitioners for compounding the crime in F.O.Nos.61, 62 and 63 of 2017-18 on the file of Nandyal Range and F.O.No.41 of 2017-18 on the file of Bandi Atmakur Range, if it is otherwise compoundable under the provisions of the relevant Acts. There shall be no order as to costs. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 28.09.2015, in W.P.No.31383 of 2015, to this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
