THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL Nos.833 AND 834 OF 2006 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) These appeals, under Section 37(1)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, are filed by the appellants aggrieved by the common order, dated 29.08.2006, passed in I.A.Nos.2768 and 2769 of 2006 in O.P.No.1307 of 2006 by the learned II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the respondent in both the appeals and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the respondent in both the appeals would submit that the subject O.P. was disposed of and therefore, cause in these appeals does not survive for adjudication. 5.

Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as infructuous.
