THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CRPMP.No.6868 of 2016 IN/AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5149 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:

The revision petitioner filed CRPMP.No.6868 of 2016 requesting permission to withdraw the instant revision inter alia stating in the supporting affidavit that there is no necessity to pursue the revision pending since 2012 and that, therefore, the revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

As desired, the aforesaid revision is listed today along with the said CRPMP.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the submissions urged in the said CRPMP. In view of the submissions made in the affidavit and the submissions now made before this Court, CRPMP.No.6868 of 2016 is allowed.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
