ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in registering the complaint dated 21.01.2017 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.52 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Begum Bazar Police Station, on 11.2.2017 and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
