Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Keshava Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondents. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-consideration of notice, dated 14.06.2017, got issued by him for removal of road encroachment at Road No.16, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Since the same being the only relief sought, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the notice, dated 14.06.2017, said to have been issued by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving notice to the affected parties, if any. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
