This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the Crime No.28/2011 on the file of Police Station, Moinabad, Cyberabad District, registered against the petitioner / accused No.1 for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing the letter dated 26.6.2015 addressed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Moinabad Police Station, Rangareddy, submits that as no case is made out against the petitioner, hence he has not been charge sheeted. Taking note of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, as no cause survives for adjudication.
