.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate direction, order or Writ one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to erect HT Electricity Towers and making the HT lines pass through the residential plots in the petitioners lands in an extent of Ac.2-20 Gts., covered by Sy.Nos.251, 252, & 253 of Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy district without following due process of law and without issuing any notice to the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, violative of principal of natural justice, colorable exercise of power.

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents not to erect HT Electricity Tower and or make the HT Lines pass through the Petitioner's lands in an extent of Ac. 2.20 Gts covered by Sy. Nos.251, 252 & 253 of Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pending disposal of WP No.126 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Krishna, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:
