THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22678 OF 2018 ORDER:

Petitioners grievance is that they have given a representation on 04.06.2018 to 2nd respondent requesting to call fresh tenders for execution of work of S.P.GKN Canal (NFC) and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 04.06.2018 sent by the petitioner and communicate his decision to petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
