S. Parinitha, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. R. Reddy Kovvuri, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner had sold his property to another, who paid the entire tax due on the subject property. Sri S. D. Gowd, Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation, on instructions, would submit that the entire tax dues have been collected from the person who purchased the property from the petitioner.

As the entire tax dues have already been paid, the question of law, referred for our opinion, is left open to be examined in appropriate legal proceedings.

As the cause no longer survives, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
