It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.19756 of 2018 by its order dated 14-06-2018. The same is not disputed by Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's college, dated 02-05-2018 in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
