Heard Sri Ponakampalli Ravi Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos'1 to 5 and learned Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of respondent No.6.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

3. It is represented by learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents that in view of the Judgment dated 04.09.2015 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. Nos. 13454, 14459, 14665, 14950 of 2015 and batch the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication any more.

Bringing the said submission on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. The interim order granted by this Court on 03.08.2015 in W.P.M.P. No. 31384 of 2O15 stands vacated.
