HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4705 of 2017 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering complaint dated 22.11.2016 lodged against the 5th respondent.
2. Even after two weeks time granted, learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) could not file a counter, but states that in spite of verification of the records, the police could not locate the complaint dated 22.11.2016 of the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to lodge a fresh complaint with the police and as and when such complaint is received, the police are directed to take action in accordance with law.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
