This is a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for short, 'the Act') requesting to set-aside the order and decree dated 05.08.2003 in M.V.O.P No.1800 of 2001 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - Additional District Judge, Nizamabad.

The learned standing counsel for appellant/Insurance Company submitted that he has received instructions from the appellant/Insurance Company to withdraw the appeal.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
