THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1861 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 49 of 2013 on the file of Kurnool III Town Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that when the matter has been referred to the Lok Adalat on 07.06.2014, the parties have settled their dispute by entering into a compromise recorded by the Lok Adalat. Hence, the cause in this Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
