HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.26557 of 2016 Order:

The petitioner is the wife of one V. Nagarajulu Naidu who was appointed initially as Assistant Manager on 29.10.2003 in the State Bank of Hyderabad. While working as Deputy Manager in Bangalore, he died on 04.04.2008 leaving behind him the petitioner, her parents-in-law who are aged about 85 and 75 years and two minor children. The petitioner is a graduate in Arts. She initially submitted a representation on 16.11.2011 seeking employment and it was followed by another representation dated 07.09.2015. When these two representations for appointment on compassionate grounds did not elicit any response, the present Writ Petition was filed.

Even though the notices in the present Writ Petition were served on the respondents, there is no response from the respondents. 3.

In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any view on merits, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.11.2011 and 07.09.2015 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
