The Contempt Case is filed for disobedience of the order dated 21.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9194 of 2016. Learned Government Pleader for the Civil Supplies (A.P) submits that the order dated 21.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9194 of 2016, has been complied with and the Contempt Case is required to be closed. This aspect of the matter is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner. However, a copy of the proceedings complying with the order passed by this Court has been supplied to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedy, if she is otherwise aggrieved. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
