THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRIDEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2604 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.313 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 507 IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 14-12-2019 and hence, he prays to dispose of the Criminal Petition in terms of the award.
