O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not submitting the proposals/remarks as called for by the 5th respondent in Memo dated 07.02.2001, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment by transfer/absorption as Secondary Grade Teacher in the existing vacancy with all consequential benefits. Counter affidavit is filed by the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 stating that petitioner's services were already terminated and the question of giving No objection certificate permitting her to transfer to some other school does not arise.

No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
