THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6580 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.C.Venkat Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent-Corporation.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 17.04.2016 and the same was received by the Office of the 2nd respondent on 22.04.2016, however, no action has been taken on the said representation and necessary direction may be issued to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner by fixing a time frame. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent-Corporation to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 17.04.2016 (received by the 2nd respondent on 22.04.2016), in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
