THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25903 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a writ order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or otherwise by declaring the action of the official Respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 31.07.2019 and 09.11.2019 seeking reinstatement of the electricity meters bearing HSC No. A9058893 and HSC No. A9054277 in Plot Nos. 10 and 10A situated at Kakatiya Hills, Ravindranagar, Guttala Begumpet, Serilingampally Mandal and Circle, RR District as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of Constitution of India and declare the same as nonest in law ....."
Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 placed before this Court the letter dated 28.11.2019 received from respondent No.3-Assistant Engineer, Operations, TSSPDCL, which reads as under:
"It is to submit that one Mr.A.Laxminarayana filed seeking reinstatement of meters in W.P.No.25903 of 2019 in which there is civil dispute between the consumer Sri Satyanarayana and the Sahiti constitution in charge whose name is also Sri Satyanarayana. I have verified the document in the petition and found the FIR copy at page No.105. Based on the FIR copy, we can issue the energy meters subject to the payment of required amount for providing the new meters."
In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take action in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
